About

Production engineering.
Now agentic.

A small engineering team that has been shipping production software since 2018. Today we run an agentic delivery practice — the method documented at /method and proven end-to-end on PickNDeal and PayoutKit.

How we operate

We're a small team that operates with a faceless voice — the firm signs the work, not an individual. This is a deliberate choice: it lets us focus on the engineering and the methodology, without the personal-brand maintenance most consultancies require.

We take on a small number of engagements per quarter so each gets the attention it needs. Pricing is scoped per engagement after a short discovery conversation — never hourly, never ad-hoc. See services for the three engagement tracks.

Each engagement makes the next one better — but client work itself stays confidential. What flows into our public output (the engineering blog today; open-source artefacts and an invariant library template once we've extracted the first piece) are generalised methodology lessons and anonymised technical patterns. Client codebases, data, business logic, and specifics that would identify a client never appear publicly without explicit written consent. Public case studies (like PickNDeal and PayoutKit) are own products, not client work.

Engagement model is remote-first; we work with software teams globally. The team is registered and based in Copenhagen, with EU compliance built in by default.
