Engagements with The Agent Practice are governed by a signed Statement of Work plus Master Services Agreement between us and the client. Those documents supersede anything on this site, including pricing language or scope descriptions that may appear in marketing copy.
Lead magnets (the 5-page method PDF, journal subscriptions) are delivered to the email address you provide via the form on /method. We email you the download link once, plus at most one short message per month when a new failure-mode rule lands in the journal. No marketing drip, no upsell. You can unsubscribe in one click and we delete the subscriber row when you do.
Governing law and venue: Danish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion are settled in the courts of Denmark.
